Two-way Sync

When you connect a provider, Poncdash performs an initial pull of all contacts. From then on, changes flow both ways:

• Changes made in Google/Outlook/iCloud sync into Poncdash
• Changes made in Poncdash sync back to the provider

If the same field is changed in both places before a sync runs, a conflict is created. Go to Settings → Integrations → Conflicts to resolve conflicts manually.

Relationship strength, stale indicators, tags, interactions, and "how we met" are Poncdash-specific and are not synced to providers.
