How Poncdash detects contacts going cold
What is a stale contact?
A contact becomes stale when you haven't logged an interaction with them in longer than your stale threshold. The default is 90 days.
Stale indicators
Stale contacts show a warning indicator on their contact card. The Dashboard shows the total stale count and surfaces them in the Reconnect list.
Adjusting the threshold
Go to Settings → Profile and adjust your stale threshold. For close relationships you want to maintain, 30–60 days works well. For a large network of loose ties, 180+ days may be more appropriate.
💡Logging even a brief interaction resets the stale clock for that contact.
