How Poncdash detects contacts going cold
What is a stale contact?
A contact becomes stale when you haven't logged an interaction with them in longer than your stale threshold. The default is 90 days.
Stale indicators
Stale contacts show a warning indicator on their contact card, and appear in the Reconnect list on the Dashboard.
This only works if you log interactions
Poncdash doesn't watch your calls, email or calendar, so it only knows about an interaction if you log one. Until you do, contacts show as Never logged rather than a number of days — that's Poncdash saying it doesn't know, not that you've lost touch.
The threshold is currently fixed at 90 days and isn't configurable yet.
💡Logging even a brief interaction resets the stale clock for that contact.
