Relationship Strength

• Weak — Rarely interacted, mostly one-directional
• Moderate — Some regular contact
• Strong — Frequent, meaningful interaction
• Close — High frequency, high recency

Strength is calculated from logged interactions — frequency, recency, and type. Meetings carry more weight than a brief email. The score decays over time if interactions slow down.

You can manually set a relationship strength on any contact's detail page if the calculated value doesn't reflect reality.
