Data & Privacy
How your data is stored, exported, and deleted
What data Poncdash stores
- Contact fields synced from your providers (name, email, phone, organisation)
- Poncdash enrichment data (interactions, tags, relationship strength, notes)
- Your profile (name, timezone, settings)
- Consent records from signup
Exporting your data
Go to Settings → Privacy & Data to export all your data as a JSON archive. This includes all contacts, interactions, tags, and profile data.
Deleting your account
Account deletion is available in Settings → Privacy & Data. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from Poncdash's servers. Your contacts remain in your connected providers — Poncdash does not delete from Google/Microsoft/iCloud.
💡Provider tokens (used for sync) are stored encrypted using Supabase Vault and are never exposed in plaintext.
